Coaching for CEITEC

Coaching is built on active listening, asking questions, and guiding the client to find their own solutions and achieve their goals. It is a process that promotes self-reflection, personal growth and awareness of one’s own capabilities and limitations, leading to more effective and focused decisions and actions.
