Q&A:

Who and how can sign up for a coaching session?

The coaching programme is open to heads of departments, heads of scientific groups and staff in 2024. Managers can apply for the programme on their own, employees can apply in consultation with their manager.

How long is a coaching session?

One coaching session lasts 50 minutes.

Where does it happen?

Depends on the particular coach. Either directly at CEITEC – in your office or in a room you book yourself. Another option is an online meeting (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet) or a face-to-face meeting in the working space of the selected coach. You can fond each coach’s options above by their name.

I have chosen a coach. What do I do now?

Connect with the selected coach via email. Then you’ll communicate about the time and place.

I do not know how to choose a coach. The coach whom I have chosen is fully booked, what do I do?

Please contact the programme supervisor Michal Hummel (hummel@koucovacivycvik.cz or +420 723 700 085). He has an overview of the capacity of each coach and will help you with the selection.

How to prepare for a coaching session?

At the first meeting, you’ll be introduced to the coaching process. You will only need to bring a topic you would like to work on.
